Kellogg's Parmesan Crisped Chicken

Fried chicken with a cheesy flair

Ingredients:

  1. 3 lbs. frying chicken
  2. 1 egg, slightly beaten
  3. 2 tablespoons milk
  4. 3/4 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake crumbs
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  7. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  8. 3 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, if desired
Directions:

Wash chicken and pat dry. Dip chicken in mixture of milk and egg. Coat evenly with mixture of crumbs, salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Place in single layer, skin side up, in well-greased or foil-lined shallow baking pan. Drizzle with butter if desired.

Bake in 350 F. oven about 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Do not cover pan or turn chicken while baking.
